"Enough cooking for only my family & friends. I need to impress strangers too." I said to myself one day and started my career as a cook. So it all began because of me growing up in a Haitian household. My aunt cooked for the family, and I would watch as she would prep meals and spices.. At one point she even had her own store where she sold her food, so my love for cooking and entrepreneurship was kindled because of her. I’m Serve-safe certified & started to pursue my cooking career in 2009. My kids loves to try all my different dishes. There always ready to taste my experiments and are my favorite critics.
